A quadruple shooting in Annapolis early yesterday morning left one person dead, and three others with non-life-threatening gunshot wounds. The victim was identified as 28-year-old Baltimore resident Shawn McGowan. Two of the victims were 17-year-old girls and 26-year-old Tijee Bennett of Annapolis. The investigation into the shootings is continuing.
