Forty-four-year-old Michael Keech and 49-year-old Robin Swift of Hagerstown, were arrested on drug charges following a traffic stop on Park Street near Baltimore Avenue on Saturday. A K-9 search yielded enough narcotics to indicate the two were allegedly involved in distribution. Keech was eventually remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $5,000 bond, while Ms. Swift was held without bond.
