Cumberland resident Timothy Spiker was arrested Monday, following a disturbance in the parking lot of UPMC-Western Maryland. Spiker was allegedly yelling and cursing at staff and guests. He was asked several times to cease the disruptive behavior, but he refused to comply. He was charged with disorderly conduct and failure to obey. Spiker was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, on $1,000 bond.
