A criminal summons was served on 29-year-old Cumberland resident Cassadi Anne Andrews. The charges stem from an incident that happened on September 12th, when she allegedly was found to be in possession of a quantity of suspected cocaine, as well as paraphernalia. She was served with the summons and later released, pending trial in District Court.
