HOGAN ANNOUNCES FURTHER ECONOMIC RELIEF EFFORTS

Small businesses are struggling because of COVID-19 related shutdowns, and they can’t afford to wait any longer for relief. That’s why Governor Larry Hogan announced an additional economic relief package yesterday. Governor Hogan says he is adding $250 million from the state’s “Rainy Day Fund,” for a total of $500 million for small businesses. Governor Hogan says there are indications the national recovery is stalling, without an additional stimulus package. He says this is having a devastating effect.
