Thirty-two-year-old Jessica LynnTallman has been charged with child neglect, in connection to a June 12th incident. Officers responded to the 600-block of Maryland Avenue for a report of an unconscious juvenile. Ms Tallman told officers she believed the child had ingested her Subutex prescription. Toxicology reports confirmed the child had ingested Subutex, nicotine, caffeine, ibuprofen and cocaine. She is currently awaiting trial at District Court.
