Sixty-five-year old Cumberland resident Richard Leslie Kennell has been charged with third-degree burglary and assault. The warrant was issued by District Court in reference to an October 20th incident where Kennell is alleged to have entered a home without permission and assaulted a male victim. He received a District Court hearing and was released on an unsecured $5,000 bond pending trial.
