Twenty-one-year old Tony Maracelo Jobe of Gaithersburg was arrested in the parking lot of a Frostburg business, after he fled a traffic stop Monday. Jobe was initially stopped for speeding, and officers also detected a strong odor of marijuana coming from inside the vehicle. He also nearly hit a deputy as he sped away. After he fled and was stopped, he was taken into custody without further incident. He was charged with first and second-degree assault, fleeing and eluding, reckless and negligent driving, along with other charges.
