The Cumberland Board of Zoning Appeals approved the construction of a cell phone tower on Knox Street last week, but it’s since been learned that one of the Board members’ terms had expired, prior to the hearing. All parties involved have been notified of the technicality, and the city is working with them to resolve the matter.
