HAGERSTOWN WOMAN CHARGED WITH HARASSMENT

Hagerstown resident Christina Dana was arrested by Cumberland City Police on Saturday and charged with one count of harassment and telephone misuse. He received an initial hearing in District Court and later released on her own recognizance.
