The Allegany County Chamber of Commerce is pleased to announce its 2020 Outstanding Business Award winners. The awardees include UPMC-Western Maryland, as Business of the Year; Donny and Kristan Carter, the Entrepreneurial Spirit Award; and, the Community Service Award winner is DelFest, LLC. The dinner will be held at the Ali Ghan Shrine Club, with cocktails, beginning at 6 p.m. The dinner itself is at 7 p.m.
