A free air sniff by a K-9 unit during a traffic stop yesterday led to the arrest of Garrett, Pennsylvania resident Tyler Waid Sutton. A positive alert by the K-9 unit led to the recovery of suspected crystal meth and CDS paraphernalia. Sutton was arrested and processed at the Cumberland Police Department. He received a Diostrict Court hearing where he was later released on personal recognizance.
