Thirty-seven-year-old Tara Renee Athey is being held without bond, following an alleged assault incident Wednesday on North Centre Street. Police found a victim lying in the roadway, but were unable to speak with them, because of their condition. Witnesses told police Ms. Athey hit the victim in the head with a bottle. She was charged with first and second degree assault and disorderly conduct. She received a District Court hearing.
