WOMAN ARRESTED FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR

Cumberland resident Jessica Dawn Spataro was arrested for failure to appear on an initial charge of driving an uninsured motor vehicle. She received an initial District Court appearance, and later released on her own recognizance.
