Residents of Grant and Hardy Counties have been indicted on drug and firearms charges. Cabins, West Virginia resident Joshua Alan Hinkle, Cassie Leigh Kesner of Moorefield, and Petersburg resident Bryan Edward Summerton all face charges involving the distribution of fentanyl, while Summerton and Ms. Kesner also face gun-related charges. The two men are accused of working together to distribute more than 40 grams of fentanyl in Grant County and elsewhere in April.
