Allegany County Tourism, in partnership with the Downtown Cumberland Business Association, the Cumberland Downtown Development Commission and Frostburg First, will be giving away $1,000 in cash prizes during the Shop Small, Win Big contest beginning tomorrow through December 20th. The program is to encourage shopping local during the holiday season. When you purchase online or in person from small businesses in the county during the holiday season, you can submit entries that will qualify you to win weekly drawings for $50 Visa gift cards, as well as the grand prize drawing for a $550 Visa gift card.
