Kirbyville, Missouri resident Warren Andrew Roy States has been charged with first degree assault and multiple handgun violations, following an incident Tuesday evening. States was allegedly involved in a road rage incident on Eastbound Interstate 68 in Friendsville. At one point, States slowed down, pulled beside the victim’s vehicle, and pointed a handgun at them. He was located and the gun was recovered.
