Thirty-two-year-old Cumberland resident Vance Ridgeley has been charged with theft from the 200-block of Emily Street. While investigating, officers were able to identify him as a suspect, and further located evidence related to the theft. Ridgeley was served a criminal summons and released pending trial in District Court.
