The city of Cumberland Water Department reported an emergency shutdown, due to a 6-inch water main break on North Lee Street last night. The affected areas include North Lee Street, from Cumberland Street to North Mechanic Street. North Lee Street was closed to traffic from Cumberland Street to North Mechanic Street, including the Valley Street Bridge.
