Gregory Allen Mellott was charged with malicious destruction of property following a Sunday morning incident, in which he punched the side of a vehicle, as the victim was driving in the 900-block of Park Street. There was visible damage to the vehicle. Mellott was issued a criminal citation and released, pending trial in District Court.
