Thirty-seven-year-old Sheena McFarland was released on a $2500 unsecured bond, following a Friday incident at a Virginia Avenue business. She was found passed out in a vehicle, with officers observing signs she was under the influence of alcohol. She began to start her car, to leave the scene, but was stopped. She also allegedly assaulted a Cumberland City Police Officer, by kicking them in the chest. She also refused field sobriety tests. She received a District Court hearing and was later released.
