Crystal Bender is the new president of the Allegany County Board of Education, and Bob Farrell is the new vice-president. Initially, Board Vice-President Deb Frank nominated President Tammy Fraley, to lead the board for a second year; board member David Bohn then nominated Ms. Bender as president since, “she was the highest vote-getter in the recent election.”
