An Anne Arundel County couple has been identified as the first residents in Maryland to have contracted the UK-variant of the coronavirus. They and their children are currently in quarantine. Governor Larry Hogan says the couple had visited several countries in Europe recently, and may have even visited several continents. The Maryland Department of Health believes this most recent strain of the coronavirus may be present in all 50 states.
