Cumberland resident Amber Michelle Troutman was arrested on several charges, including possession of crystal methamphetamine, following a traffic stop in the area of North Mechanic
Street. A K-9 search yielded meth, several hypodermic syringes, marijuana and CDS paraphernalia. Additionally, she was served a District Court bench warrant for failure to appear for trial on October 23rd of last year on traffic charges. Following a District Court hearing, she was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $2500 bond.
