BENCH WARRANT SERVED FOR FAILURE TO APPEAR

Twenty-three-year-old Cumberland resident Jamar Cordelle Peck was served a bench warrant
Wednesday for failure to appear in District Court, on an assault charge. He was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center and held without bond.
