As of Friday, the Allegany County Health Department is reporting one additional COVID-19 related death and 31 new cases. The county’s case rate and positivity rates both remain below the state averages. Since the launch of the COVID-19 Vaccine Interest form last week, it has received nearly 5500 responses. The form is intended to streamlining the process of scheduling vaccination appointments for individuals in the Governor’s priority groups as vaccine becomes available.
