Cumberland resident Crystal Nicole Rymer was charged with violation of a court order, following a disturbance on North Lee Street yesterday. She was at a residence, when she had recently been served a protective order, prohibiting her from being there. She was placed under arrest, received a District Court hearing, and was ordered held without bond.
