Cumberland resident Timothy Adam Spiker is being held without bond, following his arrest for violating a protective order. Police were called to South Waverly Terrace, after a man was knocking on the door of a residence. Spiker had a protective order against him. He was arrested for that violation and trespassing. He received a District Court hearing, before being remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center.
