Frostburg State University is reporting just one new COVID-19 case, out of 3,124 tests conducted last week. The positivity rate at the university is .03 per cent. The national average positivity rate was 6.17% over the same period, according to Johns Hopkins daily testing trends. The average positivity rate in the state was 3.64%. The positivity rate has been on a downward trend since the beginning of the month, when it was .52 per cent.
