Twenty-eight-year-old Stoystown resident Robert Sell has died from injuries sustained last weekend. Sell was driving an ATV in Quemahoning Township, when it hit railroad tracks and ejected him. He was taken to Conemaugh Memorial Medical Center, where he died from his injuries Monday. He was not wearing a helmet, and his death has been ruled accidental.
