Maryland Governor Larry Hogan is scheduled to testify before Congress Wednesday to discuss how transportation projects could help the country’s economic rebound. Hogan will be joined by Michigan’s governor Gretchen Whitmer before the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works. It has not been finalized whether Hogan will appear in-person in the nation’s capital or by video.
