Maryland Senate President Bill Ferguson says there were several positive COVID tests at the Maryland State House complex yesterday. It’s unclear who tested positive, or how many people received positive results. Ferguson says they were from rapid tests, which are 80-percent reliable and may produce false positives. He says they had planned for this and will be able to continue operating.
