Frostburg State University reported no new coronavirus cases last week, the first time the university has had no new cases in its weekly testing pool. Johns Hopkins University has reported the national average positivity rate was 5.1 per cent over the same period; the state’s positivity rate in Maryland was 2.9 per cent over that period.
