NARCOTICS TASK FORCE ANNOUNCES INDICTMENTS

The Allegany County Narcotics Task Force has announced several Grand Jury indictments for drug possession and distribution. Among the indictments was one for Joshua Ian Cline of Cumberland for possession of CDS, not marijuana and possession with intent to distribute; Cumberland resident Mark Jonathan Tallman was charged with possession, possession with intent to distribute, and possession of a large amount of narcotics. And, 21-year-old Devin Terrell Joyner was indicted on similar charges, but possession with intent to distribute a fentanyl/heroin mix. The Narcotics Task Force is a cooperative effort among law enforcement, the Allegany County State’s Attorney’s Office and the Allegany County Drug Initiative.
