A Cumberland man, who had an active arrest warrant in Pennsylvania, was taken into custody Friday. Anthony Edward Horn, Jr., was arrested by Cumberland City Police on a previous trespassing complaint. He received a District Court hearing, and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on a $3500 bond for the local charge. The warrant from Pennsylvania will be used as a detainer, pending extradition.
