Maryland jury trials are scheduled to resume next month. On March 15th, the Maryland Judiciary will begin Phase Four of its COVID-19 operations plan and Phase Five, which begins on April 26th, will include jury trials. COVID-19 health protocols remain in place in all courthouses and Judiciary buildings statewide, including the wearing of masks, no-contact temperature checks, a verbal or written COVID-19 health questionnaire and social distancing.
