Cumberland residents William Jacob Mongold and Brittany Nicole Wickard, who were the subject of a CDS investigation into the distribution and sales of fentanyl in Allegany County, were arrested Tuesday on Interstate 68 in the area of Jeffries Road. Both were in possession of a large amount of fentanyl, with a street value of approximately $5,000.
