Hagerstown resident Aaron Thomas Mitchell and Samantha Jeanine Loudon of Cumberland have been arrested and charged with distributing and selling fentanyl in the Allegany County area. The two were taken into custody on Interstate 68 near Flintstone on Sunday. A subsequent search warrant was executed in the 400-block of Louisiana Avenue, where an assault rifle and two handguns were seized. The two face drug counts, and charges are pending on the firearm seizure. Both are being held without bail.
