Maryland’s unemployment rate has dropped to its lowest level since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. The U.S. Department of Labor reports that the state gained 68-hundred jobs in January and the jobless rate fell to 6-point-4-percent. The Professional and Business Services sector experienced the most growth.
