Cumberland resident Alexis Paige Livingston faces charges of leaving the scene of an accident and driving without a license. The summons was issued by District Court in reference to an incident from December 26th of last year, when she struck a vehicle and left the scene. She signed and received her copies of the charging documents and was released, pending trial in District Court.
