A look at the new design of the downtown Cumberland Mall will be presented tomorrow on a variety of platforms. The color drawings, from William Cochran Studios of Frederick, will show the mall after renovations, which are set to begin this fall. The mall will be excavated, and underground utility lines and fiber optics will be replaced. The presentation will be shown on Facebook, You Tube and a special events webpage.
