A Frederick County man has been arrested on child pornography charges. Twenty-seven-year-old Daniel Valentin-Morales is charged with six counts each of possessing and distributing child pornography and six counts of possession of child pornography. Investigators say the suspect was a substitute teacher for Frederick County Public Schools, but they don’t know if he had inappropriate contact with children as a result of his employment with the school system. Valentin-Morales is being held without bond.
