Carroll County health department officials say they are concerned about a new drug that is making its rounds in the area. The county says the drug known as “Wipeout,” is believed to contain a dangerous mixture of Fentanyl, Cocaine and Xylazine and is being sold in capsules. Health officials say they have no confirmed cases of overdose deaths due to the drug, but officials are concerned that if taken it can have serious consequences.
