A 40-year-old Cumberland man was treated for an overdose after the police received a report from North End. Also responding was the Cumberland Fire Department. He was unconscious and unresponsive, and Narcan was administered. He was taken to UPMC-Western Maryland for further treatment and observation. He later told officers he had “snorted” a line of heroin.
