Shanks, West Virginia resident Eliza Dawn Fishel was arrested following a “shots fired” incident and subsequent chase across Hampshire County Monday afternoon. She is accused of pulling a gun and firing it during a struggle at a mobile home in Shanks; she left the home, but her vehicle was spotted on Route 50, near Augusta. She was stopped, arrested, and charged with wanton endangerment. The investigation is continuing, and driving-related charges will be found.
