A Bedford County couple has officially been charged with involuntary manslaughter, in connection with the death of their three-month-old daughter. Kailey Jo Hughes and Shawn Patrick Allison also face drug charges. Police were called to the Bedford Super 8 Motel on January 2nd, after the child was found unresponsive. They are being held on $500,000 bail, and the couple has preliminary hearings on April 14th.
