Thirty-six-year-old Cumberland resident Aaron Josip Racic was arrested on Sunday, in connection with a previous assault incident on North Centre Street. As he was being arrested a glass pipe, with suspected cocaine residue, was found on him. He was charged in the assault incident, and also for possession of CDS paraphernalia. He received a District Court hearing and was ordered held, without bond, at the Allegany County Detention Center.
