Cumberland resident Hadley Star Jenkins was served a Circuit Court Grand Jury indictment on Monday. Ms. Jenkins was with “CDS, a common nuisance.” Following her arrest, she received a hearing, and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center, held without bond.
