Forty-year-old Cumberland resident Christian Leroy Liller was served three warrants by City Police on Monday. Circuit Court issued a warrant, for failure to appear for trial on April 5th, for failure to obey a lawful order charge Also, two District Court warrants were served for failure to appear for trial in August of last year for driving on a suspended license, failure to obey a lawful order, and trespassing charges. He received a District Court hearing, and was ordered held without bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.
