The city of Cumberland is making city-owned real estate available for purchase through a sealed-bid process. The application process for the program evaluates the vision and plan for a property combination with an offer price. Nineteen properties, encompassing seventeen lots and two rehab properties to the private sector for their highest and best use. Bid packets can be obtained through the Community Development Office at City Hall. Sealed proposals will be received until April 21st.
